Helping Hands is an outreach ministry started at Denver United Methodist Church with compassionate, community-wide volunteers focused on serving others in and around Lincoln County. We are well connected with Lincoln County Schools, Christian Ministries, the domestic abuse and homeless shelters, and other churches and agencies. Because of these long-term relationships, the ministries within Helping Hands work to address real needs of our neighbors.

The North Mecklenburg Woman’s Club, with it’s almost 200 members, has a rich history of bringing women together to promote and support social, educational and civic progress.
